We use carefully selected cardstocks and printing methods to bring each design to life. Colours may vary slightly between your screen and the finished product, and natural paper textures may differ subtly from sheet to sheet.

At Paper & Stain, each stationery order is prepared specifically for you. As our products are printed and produced to order, please review the following policy before placing your order.
1. Customised & Made-to-Order Products
Our stationery is made to order and may include personalised wording, guest names and other details specific to your event.
For this reason, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect details supplied by the customer, or preferences that differ from the approved design.
2. Design Approval
A digital mock-up will be provided for approval before printing and production begin.
Please carefully check all wording, spelling, dates, names, quantities and other details before approving your design. Once approval has been given and production has started, changes may incur additional costs and may not be possible without reprinting.
Approval of the digital mock-up confirms the design and content, but does not waive your rights if the final product is defective or does not conform to the agreed specifications.
3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders
We take care to ensure that every order meets our quality standards.
If your order arrives damaged, contains a printing or production defect, or differs materially from the approved design or agreed specifications, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs where applicable. We will assess the issue and work with you on an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement, repair or refund.
4. Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
If design work or production has already commenced, costs reasonably incurred up to the point of cancellation may be payable, subject to applicable law. Once printing or production has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible without costs being incurred.
Any refund due will be assessed according to the work completed, costs incurred and applicable consumer protection legislation.
5. Colour & Material Variations
We do our best to represent our products accurately. However, colours may appear slightly different on screen compared with the finished printed product due to differences in screen settings, printing processes and paper characteristics.
Natural and textured cardstocks may also have subtle variations in texture and appearance. These minor variations are inherent to the materials and do not necessarily constitute a defect.

Collection by appointment
You’re welcome to collect your order by appointment. Please get in touch to arrange a suitable collection time once your order is ready.
Courier delivery
We can arrange delivery via The Courier Guy, using either a PUDO locker or a Courier Guy counter-to-counter collection service, depending on the size and requirements of your order.
Courier fees will be confirmed separately and are payable in addition to your stationery order.
Production & delivery timelines
All stationery is made to order, so please allow sufficient time for design approval, printing and production, as well as courier transit. If you're ordering for a wedding or special event, we recommend placing your order well in advance.
Production and courier timelines may vary depending on the nature of your order and the delivery destination. Please consider these timelines when planning your order, particularly if your stationery is needed by a specific date.
A note on delivery
Once your parcel has been dispatched, courier transit and delivery are managed by the courier provider. Please ensure that your contact details and collection information are correct when placing your order.
